Base access for general public: The Clubs is open to the public. Each guest is required to have a DBIDS pass to enter Marine Corps Base Quantico. For your visit, go to: https://www.quantico.marines.mil/Info/Base-Access/ Marine Corps Base Quantico has implemented the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS). The general public must preregister with DBIDS for access to MCB Quantico. Once preregistered in DBIDS, please visit the Visitor Control Center, 27190 Russell Rd, Stafford VA, 22554 to have your identity proofed and vetted. You will be provided with a one day pass for brunch. The Visitor Control Center (VCC) will be closed on 11/26/2026 and those without a DoD ID or not being escorted by a DoD person need to come to the visitor center and get a pass by Wed, 11/25/2026.
