Join Angelic Energy for a Sound Bath: Rooted in Sound, focusing on rooting and grounding into the earth. Feeling connected, calm and centered. This sound bath will soothe your mind, body & soul as the gentle waves of sound wash over you, melting away stress and tension. The harmonious tones of singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments will create a symphony of tranquility, guiding you into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. Held at Journeys Holistic Therapy Group in Charlotte Hall, MD. What to Expect: • A warm, heart-centered space. • Guided meditation to help you relax & feel grounded. • Sound bath with crystal & alchemy bowls, gong, rain stick, ocean drum, chimes & more • Crystals placed throughout the space to support energetic clarity and grounding. • Deep relaxation and nervous system restoration All are welcome. No prior experience is needed. This in-person event will take place at Journeys Holistic Therapy group, a cozy venue that provides the perfect ambiance for a meditative experience. This event may be experienced sitting or laying down. ***Please bring what you need to make a comfy "nest" sleeping bag, yoga mats, pillows, blanket etc. You are welcome to bring a folding zero gravity chair for ultimate comfort.*** Arrival time 12:50 pm for parking, setting your relaxation space and questions.
