Join us for a relaxing and creative event to help calm your hectic fall! You'll experience a soothing meditation and then Barbette, who has been an art therapist and Montessori teacher for 30 years, will lead us in an art project designed to experience peace and balance. Leave with your own artwork and a calmer mind. Open to ALL adults and teens! No experience necessary, just bring an open mind and a willingness to unwind.
