Event with Medidata and Still Rise Farms Owning Change is a day of connection, discovery, and intentional wellness designed to help women feel more informed, empowered, and prepared to navigate change in their health and their lives. Through conversations about cancer risk reduction, nutrition, family history, clinical research and emerging technology, alongside storytelling, movement, reflection, and nature, participants will explore the many ways knowledge can become agency. Because owning change does not mean controlling everything that happens to us. It means understanding what we caninfluence, asking better questions, making informed choices, and recognizing the power we already have to shape what comes next. Participants will leave with practical tools, new perspectives, meaningful connections, and one important question: What change am I ready to own?
