Pour Over Class

Join us for an equipment overview, pour over technique review, how each variable affects brewing, and lots and lots of brewing! New to making your own pour over coffee? Have you worked hard at brewing “the perfect cup” but always feel like something is missing? Maybe you’re a pro who just wants to refine their excellent technique. Join our Beverage Director, John Cappelletti, for an in-depth pour over class. We’ll begin with an equipment overview, then move on to a review of pour over techniques and common mistakes. We’ll discuss how each variable affects brewing, brew lots of coffees together and take notes on our findings. We’ll open up for Q&A and conclude with a few gifts for you! You don’t need to bring anything to this workshop, but you may bring your own equipment if you wish to practice with it. Interested in a private class learning about pour overs?
