A training for mental health professionals on domestic abuse, trauma-informed support, and provider collaboration. Join Laurel House and NAMI Montgomery County PA for an engaging, trauma-informed training designed for mental health professionals. This training will expore the dynamics of domestic abuse and its impact on mental health, provide practical strategies for supporting survivors, and highlight community resources and opportunties for collaboration. Topics include: • Understanding domestic abuse and its impact on mental health • Trauma-informed strategies to support survivors • Addressing barriers to care and promoting engagement • Community resources and collaboration between providers 3 CEUs will be provided for free for Social Works and Licensed Professional Counselors.
