Guests can choose between two thoughtfully curated sculpt classes happening simultaneously—one heated and one non-heated. Each offers a unique space to move with intention and leave feeling grounded, restored, and renewed. Expect an intentional blend of mindful movement, strength, breath, and stillness — a moment to step away from the pace of everyday life and fully arrive in the present. Our hope is that you leave not only feeling stronger in your body, but lighter in your mind and more connected to the community around you.
