Chili Crisp + Bowl Making Workshop with Nicole Christman Saturdays, November 28 & December 12, 2026 • 12:00–2:00 PM • In Person • $80/$70 Join us in this spicy two-part workshop of making your own ceramic condiment bowl and spoon alongside with Chef Nicole Christman from Savory Scallion. Christman will provide chili-inspired snacks for the ceramic portion of this workshop and share her experience of being in the small business in the culinary world. Meanwhile participants will learn to make a foam pressed ceramic bowl and spoon with AMOCA staff. In the second day of the workshop all participants will get to utilize their condiment bowls for chili crisp-making. Christman will provide ingredients and teach everyone this recipe. And of course she will be supplying scallion + Corn Cheese Focaccia (veg) to test out your freshly made chili crisp! This is a great opportunity for those who want to be creative, have some fun in the ceramic studio, and learn a spicy new recipe! Note: • Children and youth under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult • To help us prepare workshop materials, pre-registration is required; space is limited. Ticket sales end at noon on Friday, November 27 • Registration includes admission to the museum Saturday, November 28, so you might want to plan to arrive early or stay late to explore current exhibitions.
