A sound bath is a fully immersive listening experience, using crystal singing bowls and other instruments to guide your mind and body into deep rest. You don't need any experience with meditation or sound healing to benefit. You'll be invited to let go of unneeded thoughts and stories tonight, making space for clarity and calm, while sound fills the rest of the 75 minutes and gives your mind a real reason to stop narrating for once. Moon Series: This is part of our ongoing Moon Series at Alexandria II in Pasadena, an opportunity for the community to pause and reset together. Each gathering stands alone, no need to have attended the previous ones to join us. All are welcome. Optional Tea Afterwards: You're invited to stay for optional tea after the sound bath. It's a quiet, unhurried moment to come back slowly, sip, and connect if you want to. Feel free to head out right after if you prefer. What to Bring: Yoga mats, blankets, and eye masks are provided. You're welcome to bring your own if you prefer something familiar. Comfortable clothing is recommended. A Gentle Request: To help create a peaceful experience for everyone, please arrive 10–15 minutes early so you have time to settle in before we begin. We'll start promptly at 6:00 PM. Doors will close at 6:10pm. Let your mind rest for 75 minutes.
