CFC & AACHM Evening of Gratitude

A night of gratitude and community. Calling all Champions for Change (CFC) alumni and the greater community! Join us for an evening of connection, refreshments, and meaningful conversation at the African American Cultural and Historical Museum (AACHM) with interdisciplinary artist and fellow cultural organizer Ryan Henyard. We invite you to experience his featured exhibition, Reclaiming the Wild: Connections Between Nature & Black History in Washtenaw County. Together, we’ll dive into an intimate artist talk covering core themes from A Lesson Before Dying, exploring how shared stories, nature, and cultural memory empower us to bridge divides and build lasting community. Come enjoy good food, powerful art, and uplifting dialogue. We can’t wait to gather with you!
