To help founders learn to consciously and systematically build their companies to suit the life they want, not the other way around. Not sure what to expect from coaching? People often bring questions like: • How do I hire the right person—or let go of control? • Which direction should I focus my business on? • How do I handle conflict with a co-founder, employee, or partner? • How do I integrate my business with the other parts of the life I want to have? Coaching isn’t about giving you answers—it’s about helping you see yourself more clearly and guiding yourself toward the outcomes that matter most.
