Full description from organizerShow less
Paint a planter with African symbols, sip hibiscus tea and blend your own botanical body oil to take home. A deeply creative, culture rich and therapeutic evening. Guests paint a planter inspired by African design traditions such as Adinkra symbols, Kente color stories and mudcloth (bògòlanfini) patterns, then plant something living to carry home. • The sip: a hibiscus blend inspired by the sorrel and bissap drinks enjoyed across West Africa and the Caribbean • The story: the meaning behind each pattern and symbol, so every planter carries a message • Curation Bar: a personalized botanical body oil • Take home: hand painted planter, living plant and 1 oz botanical body oil
