An Appalachian-style BBQ dinner from the Farm Kitchen and a night of live bluegrass, just outside Asheville, Ft. the JackTown Ramblers Live! The evening 6 – 9pm Smoked BBQ, warm cornbread, and the JackTown Ramblers playing all night, fifteen minutes from downtown Asheville. When the evenings turn cool in the mountains, this is the kind of dinner we want to gather around. Smoked BBQ chicken. Fried catfish with remoulade. Cornbread muffins with honey butter, still warm from the oven. Banana pudding to finish. It’s the food these hills are known for, cooked by the Farm Kitchen and passed down the table. And all evening, the JackTown Ramblers play live: banjo, mandolin, guitar, and bass.
