Join us for a lively demo featuring a tasty roasted salmon salad spread and learn easy tips for creating healthy, perfectly portioned meals for one. Simple, flavorful, and fun! This workshop will be led by Shaniqua Simuel, MSPH, who created Change Your Palate, a wellness program designed for people who are at high risk for type II diabetes and hypertension. She's an Asheville native who has taught over 250 classes and hopes you will create a new memory by tasting and participating in this demo.
