Creative Alchemy: Winter Solstice - Dreaming Into the Dark

Gathering in the Arboretum, we’ll connect with the rhythms of Nature and the stillness, beauty, and mystery held within this time of year. Creative Alchemy: Winter Solstice - Dreaming Into the Dark with Catherine Willows Thursday, December 10 | 10 am – 1 pm As we enter the cold and dark of winter, the Solstice invites us to slow down, turn inward, and listen to the quiet wisdom of the season. Gathering in the Arboretum, we’ll connect with the rhythms of Nature and the stillness, beauty, and mystery held within this time of year. Through guided reflection, intuitive painting, and the art-making experience, you’ll enter the portal of creativity—the realms of color, images, and inner wisdom beyond words. Resting into the stillness and magic of the season, we’ll make space for dreaming in the dark: bringing closure to the year while opening to the inklings, possibilities, and quiet stirrings of what may be revealed in the year ahead. No art experience is needed—only curiosity, an open heart, and a willingness to explore. All art supplies will be provided. Catherine believes creativity and our connection to the natural world are deeply interwoven — both vital pillars of wellbeing, supporting nervous system regulation and inner equanimity, and together essential for living a meaningful, embodied life aligned with purpose and authentic expression. · Pre-registration is required for all classes unless otherwise detailed above. · Members: Remember to enter your promo code upon checkout to receive your 10% member discount!
