A science-based method to preserve produce and improve nutrition! Discover the art and science of fermentation in this fun, hands-on workshop! Learn the fundamentals of safe fermentation and explore how this time-honored technique can be used to preserve a variety of foods. Together, we'll make two fermented favorites—a spicy cabbage sauerkraut and homemade ginger ale — and each participant will go home with their own jars of both, ready to enjoy and continue fermenting at home.
