Seasoned Real Estate Developer with a demonstrated history in a mix of asset classes across the United States with heavy concentration in mixed use and retail. Skilled in Acquisitions and Dispositions, Sourcing Debt and Equity, Joint Ventures, Entitlements, Leasing and Development, Strategic Planning , Feasibility Analysis, Asset Management, and overall Real Estate Finance. By the end of class, you will have the understanding and knowledge to assist and guide your clients/customers through the ups and downs; ins & outs; any other various hurtles in developing a retail shopping center.
