Our evening will include seasonal crown making, gratitude blessings, gentle movement, breathwork, meaningful connection, seasonal treats and drinks, and a cozy bonfire gathering. This experience is about more than movement. It’s an opportunity to honor what this year has brought you, give thanks for what is here, release what you’re ready to leave behind, and create space for what you want to carry into the next season.
