Reconnect

An invitation back to HER. Let go of the weight of life's transitions and life's demands while remembering and rediscovering who HER is. Your Reconnect experience will include: • Guided journaling and intentional reflection • Guided breathwork and restorative yoga • An immersive sound bath experience (Sound Bath Meditation is an immersive experience that uses therapeutic sound waves from crystal bowls to promote deep relaxation). • Intentional body connection and movement • Space for vulnerability, conversation, and connection • A carefully designed sensory environment created to help you slow down and turn inward • Tools and reflection to continue your journey after the retreat You don't have to arrive with the answers. You don't even have to know exactly what you need to release. Just come willing to give yourself the attention you've been giving everyone else. Maybe you're not trying to become the woman you used to be. Maybe you're ready to reconnect with the woman you are now—and make room for the woman you're becoming. 25 women. One immersive space. One afternoon that belongs to you. Wear comfortable attire. Yoga mats are provided. However, participants are welcome to bring their own yoga bolster, and anything else that will help you feel relaxed and comfortable. ****PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY****
