Join us for Zen & Flow, a wellness morning featuring a 45-minute mat Pilates class, followed by breakfast and full access to the spa. Doors open at 10:00 AM with JOICO and K18 sampling tables upstairs. Check in by 10:45 AM so you can set up your mat, settle in, and enjoy a cup of tea before we begin. Class starts promptly at 11:00 AM and runs 45 minutes. After class, every guest receives a JOICO goodie bag with full-size hair products. Breakfast is served at noon with bagels, fresh fruit, and coffee. From noon until 2:00 PM the spa is yours. You will be checked in with a robe, towel, slippers, and a locker, with access to the steam room and relaxation lounges, plus infused water, tea, and snacks. Space is limited to 25 guests. Advance reservations required.
