Sometimes it comes when we become quiet enough to listen. The Wild Within is a guided inner journey inviting you to step away from the noise of everyday life, enter a symbolic inner landscape, and discover what animal presence may emerge with insight, support, or a message for you. Through grounding, guided visualization, rhythmic drumming, intentional rattle work, reflection, and integration, Tina will create a supportive space for you to relax, turn your awareness inward, and allow the experience to unfold naturally. Rather than choosing an animal or trying to make something happen, you’ll be encouraged to simply notice what arises. During the journey, you may have the opportunity to: 🐾 Encounter an animal guide or symbolic animal presence 🥁 Allow the steady rhythm of the drum to support your journey inward ✨ Receive a message, image, feeling, symbol, or insight 🌿 Explore what you may be invited to release, strengthen, remember, or trust 📖 Journal and reflect on your experience 🤍 Share and integrate within a supportive circle, if you choose There is no “right” way to experience this journey. Some people experience vivid imagery, while others notice sensations, emotions, words, colors, memories, or simply a quiet sense of knowing. And sometimes what arises doesn’t make complete sense right away. You’ll be encouraged to approach whatever you experience with curiosity rather than immediately trying to interpret it. The meaning of the animal, imagery, or message that arises is yours to explore. No previous experience with meditation, visualization, or inner journey work is necessary. You’re also welcome to bring a blanket, pillow, eye covering, or anything else that will help you feel comfortable during the journey.
