Full Moon Gong Wash

Join us for a Full Moon Gong Wash—vibes, sounds, and good energy all night long! Full Moon Gong Wash Join us for a deeply immersive Full Moon Gong Wash and sound experience. An evening created to help you slow down, release, and reconnect. As you rest comfortably, you’ll be surrounded by the rich vibrations of the gong and other soothing sound instruments. The waves of sound invite the nervous system to settle, the mind to quiet, and the body to soften into a meditative state. Held beneath the energy of the full moon, this practice offers space for reflection, release, and renewal. No prior meditation or sound bath experience is needed. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow the sound to wash over you. Please bring a yoga mat along with any blankets, pillows, bolsters, or eye coverings that will help you feel supported while lying down. A limited number of studio props will also be available. All levels and experience levels are welcome.
