Great Leaders Don’t Just Speak. They Influence. - Guest Speaker Srinivas

Guest speaker, Srinivas Saineni to our Toastmasters On Purpose club meeting! Discover how confident communication builds trust, influence, and results. Great leaders don’t rise because they have the title—they rise because they have the courage and clarity to speak when it matters most. This keynote reveals why confident communication is not optional for leadership, but the very mechanism through which influence, trust, and results are built. Drawing on the principle that “you can only fight the way you practice,” it challenges leaders to move beyond passive experience into deliberate, high-quality practice that sharpens their voice and impact. T rue leadership is not about owning the spotlight—it’s about expanding it, creating opportunities for others while consistently demonstrating expertise that delivers measurable outcomes. Whether you are a seasoned Toastmaster or a driven professional seeking an edge, this session will show you how mastering communication is the fastest path to becoming a leader others choose to follow. We will also have our regular meeting / additional speeches afterwards! Join in-person: Harper College Building D Lecture Hall Room D-195 Join on Zoom: https://zoom.us/j/211
