Experience holiday magic with family & friends as New Vintage Strings Quartet brings beloved seasonal classics to life. An Evening of Holiday Cheer Returns to Pollyanna Brewing Company Back by popular demand, our beloved holiday concert experience returns to Pollyanna Brewing Company for the 2026 season! Due to the overwhelming response to last year's performances, we're excited to add a third show and once again welcome the talented New Vintage Strings Quartet to our stage. This year, guests will enjoy the same enchanting program of beloved Christmas classics, but in an entirely new setting. The concert will take place within Christmas on the Fox, our immersive holiday experience that transforms the brewery into a festive wonderland filled with dazzling Christmas lights, seasonal décor, cozy gathering spaces, and holiday magic around every corner. As the quartet performs elegant arrangements of timeless holiday favorites, you'll be surrounded by the sights and spirit of the season, creating a truly memorable and immersive concert experience unlike any other in the Fox Valley. The evening will feature two musical sets with an intermission, giving guests time to explore the experience, refill their favorite Pollyanna beer, or enjoy one of our special holiday cocktail creations. Whether you're continuing a holiday tradition from last year or joining us for the first time, Christmas on the Fox and the New Vintage Strings Quartet promise an unforgettable evening of music, lights, and seasonal cheer. We look forward to celebrating the holidays with you! 🎄✨
