David Shohet is a water rights attorney with Monson, Cummins, Shohet & Farr, LLC in Colorado Springs. For more than 20 years, he has focused his practice on Colorado water law, representing water users throughout the Arkansas River Basin and Upper South Platte River Basin.  David has extensive experience adjudicating Denver Basin groundwater rights and advising clients on the legal, technical, and administrative issues associated with Denver Basin groundwater development and administration. He has appeared in more than 500 water court cases and proceedings before the Colorado Ground Water Commission and has represented clients before the Colorado Court of Appeals and Colorado Supreme Court in significant water law matters.
