Join us for a fun filled morning of Pilates, local wellness vendors, and of course... Chicken Salad! Welcome to the best Pilates and Chicken event.. ever! Details: • Our all levels mat Pilates class will run from 9-9:50 AM with 45 minutes of movement. (We start promptly at 9:05, don't miss anything by getting to the venue 10 minutes early!) • After Pilates ends, you can browse the local wellness vendors and grab your meal at the check out counter • BYOM: Bring your own mat - if you would like to rent a mat from Bfast and Pilates, it is either $2 or bring a book to donate to the library. • There is a large parking lot for you to find an easy spot before the event begins.
