A hands-on workshop designed to help you prepare for labor and birth with pelvic floor education, practical coping tools, and positions Preparing Mind & Body for Labor & Birth Join us in person for a hands-on workshop designed to help you feel more prepared - both physically and mentally - for labor and birth. Led by Pelvic Floor Specialist Dr. Katherine Koch of Sage PT and Labor & Delivery RN and Childbirth Educator Ana Guthrie of AMG Births. Together, we’ll explore evidence-based, practical tools for birth, including pelvic floor preparation, breathwork, labor and pushing positions, coping techniques, and hands-on partner support you can practice together. This is a space to move, learn, ask questions, and build confidence as you prepare for birth. Partners are highly encouraged to attend and are included in the workshop price. Come as you are.
