EVENT DETAILS Sept. 19th, 2026: For our next session, we will head to East Park in Interlocken for a focused training run. This location offers a smooth and accessible path perfect for sharpening your speed and pacing as your race date nears. The route is rated as easy in difficulty and features a mostly flat elevation profile, allowing you to maintain a high and consistent heart rate throughout the workout. It is an excellent choice for a controlled, high-effort session that prioritizes technical form and aerobic efficiency on a predictable surface.
