AI Claude Skills for Consulting Firms: A Live Build Session (Austin)

Hi, Jenna here. We're bringing together a small group of operators and delivery leaders from fast-growing consulting firms in Austin for a hands-on AI working session. We're hosting a 90 minute workshop for consultancies ready to move beyond prompting and start building AI systems that actually stick, plus an opportunity to connect and discuss real AI application with other consulting leaders in Austin. You'll build a real AI workflow alongside us and leave with something you can bring back to your team the same day. We're building a Claude Skill for a Client Delivery Deck, connecting your drive, notes, and data to customize for every client. We'll also show you how to think about rolling this out across your entire organization. No panels. No sales presentations. Just building, a practical debrief on rollout, and conversation with peers running modern consulting firms. What to expect: 30-minute guided build: a live, participatory session where you build a Client Delivery Deck Claude Skill alongside the hosts. Come ready to work. Debrief on best practices: what it actually takes to implement AI workflows inside a professional services firm, led by a Claude consultant building these day in and day out. Before you arrive: This is a working session, so please come prepared. You'll need a Claude account (Pro, Team, or Enterprise) set up and connected to Google Drive, plus a laptop and charger.
