AI Workflow Reset: Small Business Operations Lab

A hands-on lab to simplify your small business workflows with AI—meet in person, swap ideas, and get things done. Better Workflows Begin With Clearer Decisions - Not More Tools. Small businesses manage countless recurring activities, from customer communication and document preparation to operational reporting and team coordination. Some tasks may benefit from AI assistance. Others may need a clearer process, better information, or improved human oversight. The challenge is knowing the difference. AI Workflow Reset: Small Business Operations Lab is a small-format, self-guided workshop designed for Austin business owners, founders, consultants, and operations professionals who want to examine practical ways to improve everyday workflows. Rather than attending another AI lecture or watching a software demonstration, participants explore fictional business scenarios, complete structured decision exercises, and compare approaches with fellow professionals. The workshop follows four practical stages: FIND → COMPARE → CHECK → PLAN No coding knowledge, AI subscription, or live software demonstration is required.
