Board & Body is a boutique floating fitness experience set on the beautiful waters of Lake LBJ. This summer, join us for a limited pop-up experience on Lake Travis. Participants perform a series of guided strength, balance, and mobility exercises on anchored paddleboards, creating a fun and engaging workout that challenges the body while surrounded by stunning lake views. Unlike traditional fitness classes, Board & Body is intentionally small and personalized. Sessions are limited to five guests, making it ideal for private groups visiting the lake. Our guests often include: • girls weekend groups • bachelorette parties • lake house guests • couples visiting the Hill Country • second-home owners hosting friends Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes and focuses on effective movement, balance challenges, and plenty of laughter along the way. No prior paddleboarding or fitness experience is required. Participants are encouraged to move at their own comfort level, and modifications are always available. Private experiences can be scheduled throughout your stay on Lake LBJ or Lake Travis, and limited public classes are offered on select weekends during the spring and summer.
