Fall Into Mystery | Somatic Movement & Essential Oil Blending Workshop

Join us for a workshop that invites you to feel your way into the new season through movement, mindfulness, and the art of aromatherapy. A Nia Dance & Intuitive Essential Oil Blending Workshop Saturday, September 19 | 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM Anahata Yoga Sanctuary | Austin, Texas Move • Breathe • Blend As summer fades and the air begins to shift, join us for a workshop that invites you to feel your way into the new season through movement, mindfulness, and the art of aromatherapy. We'll begin with a one-hour Nia dance class featuring Mystery, one of Nia's signature routines, inspired by the transition into autumn. Through music and expressive movement, you'll be invited to reconnect with your body, embrace change, and welcome the new season with intention. Following the movement practice, you'll be guided through a mystery essential oil blending experience. Rather than selecting oils by name, you'll let your senses lead the way. As you explore each aroma, you'll discover which scents naturally resonate with you and create a custom essential oil roll-on that's uniquely yours. Once your blend is complete, the oils you've chosen will be revealed along with guidance on their aromatic qualities and traditional wellness benefits. All materials provided. Please wear comfortable clothes for movement, and feel free to bring your personal yoga mat if desired, though it's not mandatory. No dance or aromatherapy experience is necessary, just bring your curiosity and an open mind.
