Join Coach Lu and your Queer MMA friends on at Black Widow MMA for the next session of our free monthly MMA class for the LGBTQ+ community. All are welcome and no experience is necessary! This LAST SESSION OF THE YEAR will focus on building kickboxing skills to work towards light-contact (with no head shots) sparring using controlled conditions, such as: • Jabs only • Lead leg only • 1-for-1 / 2-for-2 (take turns throwing combos) Boil-n-bite mouthguards are REQUIRED for participation in sparring. All sparring is monitored. Noodle sparring and padwork time is an option for those who do not want any contact.
