Chef Valentin grew up in his mother's kitchen. She is a trained chef devoted to the food of Argentina, and he has spent the years since refining what she taught him: a diploma in culinary arts from Culinary Institute LeNôtre, a bachelor's in hotel and restaurant management from the University of Houston, then the Michelin-starred kitchens of Ai Fiori in New York, Fierro in Valencia, and Le Jardinier in Houston. This season, he competes on Fox's Hell's Kitchen. On October 16, he cooks for thirty. The evening is for people who plan trips around restaurants, who care what's in the glass, and who know the best part of dinner is the conversation that outlasts it. Come with someone or come on your own. No one leaves a stranger. Arrive at sunset. Stay for the sobremesa. A NOTE ON THE MENU Chef Valentin's menu is served as composed, and we're unable to offer substitutions. The menu includes raw fish, dairy, and gluten.
