Ground into the Fall season with through movement, quiet reflection, herbal medicine making, & conversation over a meal around the table. We will begin with guided grounding movement. Arrive dressed comfortably for movement on a mat (bring one if you are able). After that, there will be space for meditation and journaling. The we will gather arounf the tabel to make Somali Shaah, a warming spiced tea , followed by a prepared dinner and guided conversation.
