Nu-Calgon Lunch & Learn: Coil Cleaning and Indoor Air Quality at JS Metric

Venue & ticket info

Which coil cleaner should you grab for a dirty indoor coil? What should you recommend when a homeowner asks about musty odors or wants to know what else they can do to maintain their system? Join Matt from Nu-Calgon and Johnstone Supply Central Texas for a lunch-and-learn built around those everyday service calls. Matt will walk through Nu-Calgon’s 4-Step IAQ Assurance Program and use the coil cleaner selection chart to show which products fit different jobs, from indoor evaporator coils to outdoor condenser coils. What we’ll cover • Pick the right coil cleaner for the job. Use Nu-Calgon’s selection chart to compare options for indoor and outdoor coils. • Know what to recommend after the cleaning. Walk through all four steps of the IAQ Assurance Program, including coil protection and options for buildup in drain pans and lines. • Make IAQ easier to talk about on a service call. Get practical sales tips for explaining what you found, why it matters, and which maintenance options make sense for the customer’s system. • Give customers something they can refer back to. See an example of an IAQ handout you can customize for your company and use when discussing maintenance options with homeowners. This session is for HVAC service techs, service managers, and contractors who want a simpler way to choose products in the field and explain their recommendations. Bring a question from a recent service call and register for the session that works for your crew.
