Come join and connect with friends in our Transplant Community for the September T.L.C. (Transplant Life Care) on 9/27 @ 2p. The goal of T.L.C. is to bring together our Transplant Community and build a stronger transplant community by coming together to share and learn from one another in open conversation. This September TLC meetup is hosted by Dianne Arnett (transplant recipient). Looking forward to seeing familiar faces and hope to see new ones! Please extend this invite to anyone you may know who is needing some TLC. Everyone in the Transplant Community is welcome!: transplant recipients, caregivers, living donors, donor families, medical staff, transplant org's, etc. Drinks & snacks provided.
