The Reset

The Reset ========= Join The WLW Collective for an afternoon designed to get you out of your head, into your body, and connected with community. **Reset** is an intentional wellness experience combining somatic breathwork and sound in a space where you can slow down, reset, and simply be present. Midway through we'll enjoy **light bites and beverages**, and connect with other women in the Collective. This isn't about fixing yourself or having some huge breakthrough. It's about feeling good in your body, trying something new, and spending an afternoon surrounded by women who want to connect, too. **Your experience includes:** * Somatic breathwork * Light snacks + beverages * Time to connect and mingle Come comfortable, come curious, and come as you are. Move. Breathe. Connect.
