Veterans Day Edition: Chain of Command for Your Bots

Five bots, overlapping jobs, and every question still comes back to you. You didn't build a team. You built a switchboard, and you're the operator. This week is about chain of command. One front-door bot, specialists with clear jobs, no two bots doing the same thing and no job that nobody owns. Bring your bot roster, even if it's a mess. We'll run a simple no-overlap, no-gap check on it, cut or merge what collides, and set who hands work to whom. Bring your own question: "do I need this many bots?", "which one should I talk to?", "why do two of them answer the same email?" We redraw your team with you, live. What you'll leave with A one-page org chart for your bots with one owner per job A cleaned-up roster with overlaps cut or merged Next steps for the following 30 days Hybrid: 16 seats at the East 6th studio (bring a laptop), or join by video.
