Through breathwork, vocal resonance, charming chants, and somatic movement raise our frequency, we'll awaken the body's natural instrument to create a deeper connection between body, mind, heart, and spirit. As breath becomes sound and sensation, we'll harness that energy into creative self-expression. Using our hands as a conduit, we'll translate that awakened artistry into physical form — shaping, pressing, pulling intuitively. Your hands become the instrument of creation. What begins as a spark within soon becomes something you can touch and behold! Let's embark on this ceremonial exploration of the physical and emotional vessels we inhabit — and the untapped creative intelligence that can emerge when they speak the same language. No prior meditation, vocal, or pottery experience necessary. All art supplies & light refreshments provided. Each vessel will be professionally finished and kiln-fired after the workshop, then returned to participants at a later date.
