Bring the paperwork you've been avoiding: a term sheet, a SAFE, an advisor grant, an entity decision, or books that haven't been reconciled since summer. We'll use Grok Bot to read the fine print with you, flag what's missing or unclear, build a short governance checklist, and get your accounting connected before the year closes. This isn't legal or tax advice. The goal is that you walk into your lawyer's or accountant's office prepared, and spend fewer billable hours finding out what you should have asked. Bring your own question: "what does this clause mean for me?", "Delaware or Texas?", "what happens to my SAFE when we raise?" Work on your own documents. What you'll leave with A plain-language review of one document, with questions for your lawyer A year-end checklist for books, cap table and filings Next steps for the following 30 days Hybrid: 16 seats at the East 6th studio (bring a laptop), or join by video. Approval required. 3:00-5:00 PM CT. Tags: Grok Bot · Workshop · Hybrid · Legal · Finance · Fundraising Readiness
