12-week art group to express & process emotions. No art skills needed. Join us for a 12-week journey of self-expression, connection, and healing through art. Each week, we’ll gather in a supportive space to talk, reflect, and explore different art projects designed to help process emotions and life experiences. No art skills needed—just come as you are. We will meet weekly on Wednesday at 3PM and 4PM.
