Flow.With.Faith Charity Yoga Event

Mental health and suicide can be uncomfortable and scary topics to talk about, but silence can make people feel even more alone. This event is about reminding our community that it’s okay to not be okay, it’s okay to ask for help, and no one should have to struggle in silence. Through yoga, connection, and community, we hope to create a safe and welcoming space where we can begin breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and suicide, while encouraging more open conversations and support for one another. 100% of proceeds from this event will be donated to NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) to support mental health education, advocacy, and resources. Come move with us, bring a friend, and be part of a community that believes in showing up for one another.
