2026 NYSACC Conference on the Environment - Sponsor Registration

Reach municipal leaders, policymakers, conservation professionals, and industry innovators at NYSACC's Conference On the Environment. Sponsor & Exhibitor Opportunities The 2026 New York Conference on the Environment, hosted by the New York State Association of Conservation Commissions (NYSACC) and the Manhattan Solid Waste Advisory Board (MSWAB), will bring together a curated audience of municipal officials, conservation commissioners, policymakers, researchers, environmental organizations, academic leaders, and industry innovators from across New York State. Held at Cornell Tech on Roosevelt Island in New York City, the Conference will explore the technologies, policies, and partnerships shaping the future of environmental stewardship and resource management. Program topics include artificial intelligence, robotics, advanced recycling technologies, circular economy strategies, organics management, composting systems, biochar, biosolids management, textile-to-textile recycling, climate resilience, and sustainable infrastructure. The Conference offers three sponsorship levels—Visionary Partner, Technology Partner, and Innovation Partner—providing organizations with opportunities to showcase their technologies, engage directly with decision-makers, and demonstrate leadership in advancing environmental solutions. We are inviting a select group of organizations to participate as Conference Sponsors and Technology Showcase Partners. Sponsorship provides a unique opportunity to: • Connect directly with municipal and environmental decision-makers. • Showcase innovative products, technologies, and services. • Present a 45-minute Technology Showcase session (selected sponsorship levels). • Build relationships with conservation commissions, public agencies, researchers, and industry leaders. • Demonstrate your organization's leadership in advancing environmental solutions. Organizations confirming their sponsorship by August 31 are eligible for Founding Partner recognition and preferred inaugural sponsorship rates, reflecting their early commitment to establishing what we intend to become New York's premier annual conference on environmental innovation, conservation, and responsible resource recovery. If your organization is helping shape the future of environmental technology, conservation, responsible resource recovery, or sustainable infrastructure, we invite you to become a Founding Partner of the inaugural 2026 New York Conference on the Environment. Sponsorship opportunities are intentionally limited to ensure meaningful engagement between sponsors and delegates.
