Using a blend of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and tuning forks, this intuitively guided session moves with whatever the room needs in the moment, so no two sound baths are ever quite the same. The layered vibrations work on both a physical and energetic level, helping to slow brainwave activity, ease nervous system tension, and support deep relaxation. Lie back, get comfortable, and let the sound wash over you like waves. No experience necessary, just an open mind and a willingness to receive. This event is hosted in partnership with STRŌB Apothecary, who will serve a specially curated tea to complement the healing space and support your journey inward. Her journey into sound healing began under the mentorship of a classically trained opera singer and music teacher, whose deep understanding of resonance, breath, and vibration shaped her approach to sound as a healing tool. Trained in both the technical and intuitive sides of sound work, Stef weaves together crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and tuning forks to create immersive, guided sound baths that respond to the energy of each room. Rather than following a fixed script, she reads what the space and the people in it need, a skill rooted directly in her training with a mentor who taught her to listen as closely to silence as to sound. Sound healing is one thread in Stef's broader practice, which also includes energy healing, breathwork, ritual and spell work, and ocean therapy, all oriented around helping people return to themselves.
