The holiday season can bring joy and connection, but it can also bring family pressures, emotional exhaustion, grief, people-pleasing, and the expectation to be everything for everyone. When you're a healer, Reiki practitioner, energy worker, or empath, it can be easy to prioritize everyone else's needs while neglecting your own. Soulful Symmetry invites you to step away from the noise and join us for an intimate, in-person healing circle created for those who spend so much of their time supporting others. This is your opportunity to slow down, reflect, reconnect with yourself, and explore what it means to care for others without abandoning yourself in the process. What to expect Honest conversation and reflection Explore the emotional weight of being the person others turn to. We'll discuss people-pleasing, family dynamics, emotional boundaries, and the pressure to always be the strong, grounded, or spiritually centered one. Boundaries without guilt Learn practical ways to honor your capacity, communicate your needs, and navigate challenging holiday interactions without feeling responsible for everyone's emotions. Personal reflection and journaling Take time to identify what drains you, what restores you, and what you need to move through the holiday season with greater intention. You'll begin creating a personal holiday boundary plan you can return to throughout the season. Guided grounding and restorative practice Participate in a guided grounding meditation or Reiki self-practice designed to help you reconnect with your body, settle your attention, and create space for yourself. We may also incorporate sound healing into the restorative experience. Community and connection Gather with others who understand the experience of holding space for people. Sharing is welcome but never required. You are invited to participate at your own comfort level. Who is this circle for? This gathering welcomes Reiki practitioners, spiritual healers, energy workers, intuitive readers, empaths, and anyone who regularly supports others emotionally or spiritually. You don't need to be a professional healer or have Reiki experience to attend. Come as you are, whether you're feeling overwhelmed, seeking community, or simply ready to give yourself the care you so freely offer others.
