Sunset High & Still: Fall Edition An intimate and elevated outdoor experience created to help you slow down, breathe deeply, move intentionally and simply be. We’ll begin with guided meditation before settling into a 60-minute beginner-friendly Yin Yoga practice, followed by a closing meditation and time to enjoy light fare and community. 🌿 Cannabis-friendly — but cannabis use is completely optional. You do not have to partake to enjoy the experience.
