Hear the thrill of a domestic cello sonata, then plunge into the literal fires of Revolution with a rousing chorus on the burning of the Peggy Stewart in the Annapolis Tea Party! Follow the story of Deborah Sampson, a twice-enlisted veteran of the Continental Army who fought for a country in the making and, after her identity as a woman became publicly known, was awarded a military pension.
