Velvet & Gold Soiree

There Are Evenings You Attend - and Evenings You Carry With You On the first evening of 2027, we invite you to step inside Hilltop Oasis for Velvet & Gold, our inaugural black-tie evening of fine dining and live music. Imagine rich black velvet, warm gold, candlelight and the sound of live jazz setting the atmosphere. You arrive beautifully dressed, take your place at an elegantly curated table and allow yourself to be fully present for an evening created with intention. As the evening unfolds, guests will enjoy a thoughtfully prepared multi-course dining experience accompanied by live jazz. A special operatic performance will add an unexpected and memorable moment to the celebration. But Velvet & Gold is more than dinner and music. It is the feeling of being welcomed, cared for and surrounded by beauty. It is meaningful conversation, personal hospitality and the pleasure of beginning the new year somewhere extraordinary.
