Let’s come together, support each other, and make this event unforgettable! **NON-REFUNDABLE EARLY BIRD VENDOR FEES: Vendor fee will end by due date or if all remaining spaces has been filled whichever comes first. Friday, April 9, 2027: Sold Out -Light Fare Reception (vendor only) - One 6ft table and one chair (two chairs if there is an assistant) -Complimentary Parking (for vendor only) - 100% retention of all sales proceeds -Business listing in the conference program -One complimentary ticket to Saturday, April 10, 2027 event (additional tickets must be purchased. -Promotional items placed in conference swag bags (vendor must provide promotional items) Non-Refundable Vendor Fee: $105.49. Saturday, April 10, 2027: 5 spaces -Continental Breakfast for one - One 6ft table and one chair (two chairs if there is an assistant)-$25 vendor assistant fee (cost for breakfast) is due the same time as vendor fee, please see below how to submit fee. -Complimentary Parking (for vendor only) - 100% retention of all sales proceeds -Participation in conference activities -Business listing in the conference program -A 2-minute presentation to promote your business Refund Policy: Vendor fees are non-refundable. If the host cancels the event, a full refund will be automatically issued and vendors will receive information regarding any updates to the event. If a vendor need to cancel, vendor cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and sent to [email protected], REFUNDS ARE NOT GUARANTEED if approved, a 50% refund will be processed and issued 30 days prior to event. Excluded from Vendor Package: -We do not provide tables cloths, generators, electrical outlet access, cooling systems, or storage. -We do not compensate for gas, hotel accommodations, mileage, tolls, parking, etc. -Extra tables and chairs are not permitted.
